Simone Louise Boutique deliveries to Australia and selected International zones:

 *further International Shipping can be quoted upon request. 

Local pickup from Simone Louise Boutique is also offered. 

PRICE

Standard Domestic Shipping $10 on all orders 

International shipping $40

If you place multiple orders, we are unable to offer combined shipping. 

DELIVERY 

Delivery method is made by Australia Post or Sendle depending on the postcode area.

Please retain e-mail confirmation after placing your order as proof of purchase.

If you choose to have your order left and you are not at home responsibility is yours.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking numbers.  If your order has not arrived please contact us for assistance of tracking.

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days business days, more for International and can be quotes on request.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged
