NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS
We hope you love your items, but if not we will happily accept returns within 14 days. Please contact us promptly to notify of us of your return via our contact us page or bring the item in store. Please note we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Regretfully, we do not accept returns on gift vouchers or sale items.

Credit Notes for Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, your return will be processed, and a credit note will be issued.
Credit notes for online purchases are issued in the form of a discount code to be used towards your next purchase.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out our RETURNS FORM and send your item to: Simone Louise Boutique:

We will only be responsible for the shipping costs on returns of a faulty product or incorrect item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note for your returned item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit note or a request may be made to make payment for shipping.
Please be mindful of shipping times dependant on where you live. All efforts are made for you to receive your items promptly and express shipping can also be requested at your expense.
